Bad service at Mcdonalds

I orderd food for delivery on the macdonalds website on the 1st of February and paid online. The expected delivery was in the next 45 to 60minutes. 30 minutes later I missed a call from the resturant, I called back and I was told it must have been the drivers. I wait another 30 minutes until a security guy from the building im staying comes to tell me theres a delivery guy whos been waiting for me downstairs. I go there, and Im thankful that he waited for me even though he never called. But he told me next time I wouldnt be that lucky, the store doesnt give a damn especially if you already paid online and that it would have been my loss. Really? Is that how you treat your customers.
