Bad service at McDonalds

Today me and my friends went to McDonalds to buy meals and they gave us the driest Grand Big Mac ever it didn't have sauces . We asked a lady who works there as cashier to to add sauces for us but some other guy in grey shirt give us attitude and told us that if we want sauces we must add extra cash . We must say that we are highly disappointed, imagine having to add your own sauce from home but one paid so much.
