Bad service at McDonald's waterfront Cape Town

<p>Friday 17 June 2016 I went to McDonald's at the waterfront and ordered a burger meal. The order was ounched in wrong and i received the wrong meal. i went to the lady in charge and said that my order was wrong and asked if she could replace it. Her response was that i need to pay more for the extra burger patties. I told her taht it was not my fault but she insisted that i pay for the extra patties. i just turned around and left. My wife had a Latte in a cup, when we left she asked for a take away cup. The same lady said that she must pay R5 for the cup. this is really terrible. we just laughed and walked away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just 10min later a man ordered 4 burger meals and only received 3. The man went to the same lady and said that he onlt received 3 burgers instead of 4. With lots of words between the 2 people she agreed to give the 4th burger meal. He specifically asked for no mayo and gerkhins. When he received the burger meal, the mayo and gerkhins was on the burger. he came back and told the lady that he asked for no mayo and gerkhins. The lady just looked at him and again they had words. while this was happening, 4 customers left the store due to the heated conversation. i really dont know if he received the correct order because i left the store. i could not take the incompetence at Mcdonald's waterfront</p>
