Bad service at Mc Donald's in birch acres

I ordered a big Mac meal take away I checked how much ketchup they have put only to find out that they have put 1 and I asked the guy who called my order why did he put 1 ketchup because the receipt says 3 ketchup the lady who was assisting b the guy pulled a rack of ketchup and took a handful and threw it in my order bag with so much attitude of which I never expected it to happen that way because I approached them well I expected them to say sorry,I work with clients everyday and I always give the best service bad service is one thing I won't tolerate.
