Bad service at Mc Donalds

I have never seen any Mc donalds operating in this manner. It is month end and only one till is opened. The line is very long and the store is packed and filthy. No one is cleaning up and we had to wait for our food and Ice cream. PLEASE ensure that this is resolved.
