Bad service at Mc Donald Florida North

Mc Donalds in Florida Ontdekker road, I ordered a Big Mac meal and Chicken Fo*****.

I took my order and took a taxi home, only to realize that there was no Big Mac Burger.

I called and spoke Maria and she apologized but said that I have to come back for it. I took a R12 taxi to go there, with return its R24, and now I have to return spending another R24.

This is ridiculous to spend R24 extra for a R39 burger. I asked her to deliver but she said it is impossible.

This is unacceptable.
