bad service at macdonalds South Gate Johannesburg

on the 20/06/2015 I went to Southgate Macdonalds and ordered a beef share box and decided to use my debit card but I was told by the cashier that my card is declining, fine did not want to argue about that because I just swiped in another store but I did not have any problem. I naturally expected her to use an alternative speed point but clearly she was not prepared to move to another speed point she was glued to the extreme right till she was serving from. Then I paid by cash and was rudely asked by her to move away from the till to make way for other customers who were behind me and wanted to place their orders to me that was not the case with the other branches where I am used to buying from you buy and you are given your order there and then I feel she should have explained that I have to wait for my order for certain minutes. i waited for another 25 minutes and noticed that 3/4 of the customers are the people who came in and went out with their orders. I went closer to the till to enquire about my order but at the back i noticed my box was standing there on the table waiting to be filled and anther 10 minutes passed again the manager brought my order unapologetically.
