Bad service at Macdonalds Bayside

Bad service at McDonald's Tableview bayside mall - ordered a Frapper caramel cafe latte and woman argued with us stating they only have cafe latte but they can add sauce for extra price...we had to literally take a picture of the board outside to order what i wanted. Then to make it worse she bought it to me messed all over our car and me - not even a sorry. Brought me like 3 napkins and ran inside. Here i sit with a half a item. We at McDonald's about 4 times a week and never did we have such bad service - such a turn down ?
