Bad Service at Kolonade Mcdonalds

Waited 10 min in drive thru lane 2 and was not served while lane 1 was served the whole time. I hooted several times and it sounded like member was having a converstion at length instead of taking my order.I climbed out and walked to the pay window to inform them that I needed to be served and was still not served. I then lost my temper and drove to the pay window. And refused to pay and the manager Mosa did not even attempt to resolve my my issue. He actually threatened to phone the police. Ended up going to Pizza hut instead. Great food and great service!
