Bad service at its best

On 1st of December I went to Mc Donalds in Umhlanga the drive thru next to gateway. We placed our order and then proceeded to pay and at the last window the wrong order the manager was called and promised she would rectify the issue. We waited for almost 30 minutes for the right order and they served us dry burger and cold fries with no salt or sauces. I was deeply angry or the way the handled matter and never will never set foot there again.
