Bad service as usual at McDonald's Upington

I ordered online delivery and they said they milkshake/ice cream machine was broken(as usual) so I couldn't get a milkshake. I said it's okay if they just give a coke instead, I then specificly told the lady that she must adjust the order because the milkshake was more than the coke. She didn't adjust the order and I had to pay the driver the full price...this was upsetting and totally expected from them...why can't they get simple things right?.I also wouldn't recommend any cool drink or milkshake as they take an hour to deliver so the milkshake is either melted or the drink tasteless and without gas.
