Bad Service as usual

I wanted to buy Chicken burgers at 21:30. I first asked if they were closed as they had already packed everything away. The cashier told me that they are closing now, so I asked what time they closing, she said they closing now. Then she told me that they have no chicken burgers. <br> <br> Why doesn't that shop close at 21:00 or 21:30 coz they don't want to serve customers after that time as they are rushing to go home.
