Bad Service and then NO BURGER PATTY

I am very unhappy about the service firstly, waiting for 45 minutes to get 10 junior cheese burgers and then upon giving it to my children as supper discovering that 4 of these burgers had no burger patty on it. I mean this was my kids's supper. I am just so dissapointed in this whole event.
