Bad service and theft

02 September 2022 13:30 to 13:55, I was at McDonald's Bara purchasing big Mac by redeeming points.

1, Cashier took my phone and checks my history on the app without my concern. 2. She called the manager and the manage asked me to give my phone to him cause there couldn't continue with my voucher purchase without checking my history in my phone.as He said "it's a McDonald's policy. 3. The manage accused me of ***** and working for McDonald's. 4. The order that I redeemed I never received it.
