Bad service and stinking attitude

I went to McDonald's in denlyn "mamelodi crossing" last night to buy food for my family I got there @20:31 I ordered n waited I was the only customer in the store I waited for more than 15 minutes could not understand why.....my order got ready they gave me the the food I left....to my surprise when I got home there were no juices ordered for the happy meals had to drive back to let them know that my order was not complete...Kamogelo Mokori had attitude and did not even apologize for the mistake they made I asked her to call the manager Charlotte came I explained to her that I waited long for my order the next thing I know it was not complete then Kamogelo continued with her stinking attitude in the presence of the manager she made funny remarks I kept quite...when we were about to leave she says to Charlotte "Manager of year,customer obsessed" in my presence and I asked the manager how can she allow an employee to make such remarks in my presence then she says I will deal with her....I did not know that customers are treated like at McDonald's....m so disappointed not buying from them anymore...
