Bad service and rudeness

On the 30th of September around 21:55 i bought a share meal of those 4 burgers. The cashier CREW ID 66 ZANELE Z asked if i don't want to add R2 each and get buddy cold drinks, of which i did. When i got to the order collection window the guy refused to give me what i paid for, told me i am drunk and that us drive thru customers think we are clever and what not. Even if i drunk how is it any of his tuck shop? Who's hard earned money did i drink that day? Is this how regular customers are treated?
