bad service and rude manager from MacDonald's bruma lake

i have not experienced such bad service from this franchise . But the Bruma Branch has the worse service ever. We just 5 minutes away and we order breakfast everyday from them. gues what wev'e been patient about their service if its not the wrong order your food will get to you after 1 hour 30 minutes. where by if they too busy why cant they tell customers they should oredr somewhere because they cant deliver? Today we orderd around 9:05 but our order was delivered 10:16 yet we just 5min away? . When we called to findout about our order gues what a women by the name of Nhlanhla could not assist instead she was way too rude telling us how packed are they we cant expect them to rush food.Its not the first time Bruma Mcdonald has the worse service ever if your order is not correct you will not get it on time. Nhlanhla who picked up the phone is very rude speaking rouughly when i asked to speak to her manager she told me shes the manager only to find out shes not Glady's is the manager on duty. Please assist as we wont be ordering any breakfast and lunch from them .Mostly esp breakfast which we tend to order it everyday as its the closest resturant . But their customer service is chasing all customers away. Not happy at all weve been complaining about it to any manager on duty clearly they not willing to assist s that why i had to share with Hello Peter.
