Bad service and receiving my order

I went to mac donald palms K9 to buy 10 nuggest which I did not get on the 22/12/18 at 11h30 order number 147 the only thing I got was sauces I am unhappy and disappointed but the service was poor because I waited 30 minutes for the nuggest.
