Bad service and raising false expectation

Last week Friday my son wanted a toy so i thought wow since its friday i will go to Mcdonalds to grab friday supper and will buy happy meal for him so that he gets his toy that he has been asking for. So when you walk in there is a display with different toys so my son was so fascinated and excited when he saw those toys and he loved all of them but mostly cars.

So when i get to the assist i asked if there are toys available with happy meals she says yes but i didnt get to the details of asking which ones. I then placed my order and specicically asked for a chicken burger for him and as she had already chose the chese burger she asked the Supervisor on duty to change it which she did.

So now come the waiting 1. I received my order and realized that there was no drink in his meal and i requested it they gave me 2. Then come the toy time ,non of the toys on display were available and the toy given was something like a bat black and yellow and i inquired about the items on display i was told none of them are available I then asked why have them on display as this raises false expectation for the young ones no response was given) i then asked for one from the display i was told that they are not allowed to open the display cabinets.

At that time my son was screaming when he saw what was given to him as a toy and he wanted something from the display. Still i recieved no help . But i managed to calm him down and we left. 3. When i got home the burger was a cheese burger (the same one which was supposed to have been changed. I cant take it back as i am already home but had to force him to eat it even though i know that he doesn't like it. 4. WORSE the chips on the day tasted like cardbox as they were so HARD you wouldnt believe it. I know i like Mcdonalds chips because of their saltyness and crisp but what we were given on the day was not crisp but cardbox.
