BAD SERVICE AND PEOPLE

WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE DURBANVILLE MCDONALDS! first of all it is a 24 hour service well so it says. Last night we stood by the intercome for 15 min no one is takking nothing. Then my husband drove to the window asked the guy is the thing working he said yes but he takes manuel orders, then my husband said why didn't you tell me. He ignored him. Then they said Mcdonalds is making life dificult for us. My husband ordered. There was about 7 cars waiting. When we got to the front we waited. We were in the drive through believe it or not 52 minutes. I climed out of my car I said where is the manager. They ignored me flat. They laugh at me. After 20 min of waiting for the manager she comes out dresses so badly. My husband said why do you look so bad and dressed like this. She said i'm off duty. So my husband said you are off duty now who is on duty she said she is in the office. I asked for my money back. That took another 10 minutes. They did not know how to prepare the food at all. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS MCDONALDS.?? AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
