Bad service and Out of Stock

My Friend and I qued for 45 minutes on drive thru waiting to place an order. The next thing we were told that they had ran out of Chips/Fries. I mean we spent our time hoping that we will get what we want. Im very much disappointed and i think that i wasted that my time for absolutely nothing. The Mcdonald's branch is so useless.
