Bad service and no response

<p>Posted over a week back with regards to the order mess up by macdonalds in pietermaritzburg at the showgrounds next to mercedes and only recieved a call from head office stating that someone would call me from the store, more than a weeka and nothing. Then i go on friday night to grab a meal....stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes waiting for help while all the cashiers n staff were staring at the screen and the manager was relaxed in a little corner by the glass....would not recommend that anybody deal with mcdonalds especially since they really dont care about the customer right from head office level n feel nothing about providing short on orders</p>
