Bad Service and Missing Food items

I was at the McDonalds in Durban Road Bellville yesterday, placed my order via the drive through. Firstly, the employee who was packing the food items and making our drinks was very disrespectful as she did not listen to any requests, we asked her for, she also never responded to any questions we had. We asked her if she gave us all the food items as we had a big order and she never answered. As it was our lunch hour, we did not have enough time to check the items or even drive back to McDonalds to advise them about the missing items. We tried calling however, there was no answer. Logged a complaint and never got any feedback. The items which we did not receive, was a big mac burger and 1 grand chicken classic burger. I am very unhappy with the service received as well as the missing burgers because I paid for full meals.
