Bad service and meal

I feel like McD had dropped it's ball seriously I was at McDonald at Ghandi square to buy takeaway for my family.Waited on the queue to try and buy from the counter and I was never attended I was then forced to use the self service machine which I don't like using .I placed my order on the machine then paid at the counter waited abit for my order then it arrived took to the counter my receipt took my order off I went .When I got home the happy meal for my daughter was so dry it no sauce had to put my own tomato sauce to make it eatable for her ,my other daughter's big Mac same thing she was even complaining and my husband's Mc feast it was so dry and the was no cheese am not sure what's going on however this was Not impressing at all .Worst meal ever
