Bad service and management

Trade route mall McDonald's service is getting worse by day. My order was not complete, had to drive back to lenasia from lenasia south to rectify the mistake. The manager was not bothered . When I told them dat I was going to report them, they said I would not b the first one to do so. I must go elsewhere if I am not happy
