Bad Service and Management

I had a bad experience at Mall @ Carnival. The lady by the name of lerato gave me a very bad service and when I complained by her manager Ziyanda she was also very ugly to me. So I'm done now with Mc D but thanks to the other manager by the name of Lefu he was great. Dankie boeta
