Bad service and Lying

I had the misfortune of going to the Mc Donasls in Colombine Winchester Hills yesterday. After swiping for my food I was told that my card had declined, whereas I have funds in my account. I immediately checked the sms notification from my bank which confirmed that the funds had gone through. I informed the sales lady who called another sales lady Dudu. Dudu came and told me I needed to swipe twice that the machine was having a problem and that the funds would be reversed within 24 hours. I advised her of the confirmation from the bank and she told me that unfortunately they cant accept that and that the risk will have to be on me. While she was speaking to me she was busy serving other customers and i was now a distraction and spent almost an hour at the store just to buy takeaway for my kids. I requested to speak to the manager (Rachel) who was not even at the store. She was called and she was even more inconsiderate and rude with her by the way attitude as she spoke to me half asleep. Whats worse is that she then **** to me and told me that if i swiped again it would not deduct again. I did and i was debited again, up until now the money has not been reversed into my account.
