BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF HYGIENE

I went to McDonald's restaurant in sunnyside Esselen street at around 16:45 just to buy 4 plain cone ice creams for me and my 3 kids. I used the drive thru and i paid for my order everything was excellent until i was at the window where you collect your order. The person who was there told me to go and find a parking and wait for my order OF 4 PLAIN CONE ICE CREAMS hahahahah wat a service. I refused as i really wanted my order as it doesn't take much time. That Mcdonalds employee showed me 4 broken cones and said he will give me those since i don't want to wait long. He went on and gave me 3 of the ice creams with the broken cones he had showed me, it was not a big deal until he gave me the forth one without that cone wrapper, holding it with his naked hands not even holding it with a serviette, who on earth will eat that, i don't know whether his hands where clean or not and he said just take and go. Being furious i threw it down on the pavement beacuase i cant eat that. He kept on saying its my own problem if i think that im goin to get another one i must be dreaming .Another guy came maybe he is the manager and started questioning me but eventually left to give others a chance to collect their order. In general i dont understand y these people keep on telling us to go and park and wait for our orders, are there cameras which record time of how it took to get your order. Anyway i was not impressed with the broken cones, attitude, and lack of cleanliness they must change on that and i will never go there again its better to drive to midrand for an ice cream cone than to get a filthy broken cone.
