bad service and incorrect order

i ordered a meal for lunch time of which i needed to take time to drive from the office to mcdonalds and back during my lunch time off. to receive a meal that i did not order, and one that looks like there was hardly any effort put into the burger with a over ripe piece of tomatoe in the middle of the burger and a bun that doesnt even look toasted. i took a bite and it was truly one of the most disgusting burgers ive had ever at mcdonalds.

to top it off i called the store and i told this lady no way that i can come to the store now and then she nagging about i need to keep the burger that ive bitten into which i took and threw in the bin. now im sitting at work hungry.

this is honestly by far the worse service ive experienced. they suppose to check what they put into the bag and my receipt states the correct order.
