Bad service and incomplete order

I called the call center to make an order at 20.12 i was told my order will take 45mins. The order was delivered at 10pm only to find that my order was incomplete and i had paid the driver and he had left, to top it off my food was dry and cold. This type of customer service is disgusting.

I need an explanation from mcdonald and a refund for my money, my name is nox and my numbers are ********** 265
