Bad service and hygiene

Mcdonald's Ballito opposite the Virgin Active never have barbecue sauce when only leaving you with jalapeño or sweet chilli. This is unacceptable as it is a constant problem with this branch.

Secondly masks, sanitiser and gloves.

Covid is a serious problem and they definitely don't consider others. Masks are not being worn properly, not everyone wearing gloves, face shield is half way up the face not even covering anything. Then for the drive thru and highly disappointed in the way in which certain individuals are told to put their masks on where as others are happily allowed to not wear there's. Where is the equality in this?
