Bad service and hostile working place

McDonald's is one of the best fast food chain restaurants I prefer also reputable and have the standards in upholding it's values and professionalism , I often get refreshments at Rynfield Mcdonald in Benoni having to experience bad service, asking for a wifi password so I can access the app is a mystery, there is always no one at the front house to assist, during my visit today I witnessed a lady yelling at the fellow employee which later it was confirmed to me that the lady is a hospitality manager, which at all times when I visit the facility she's always rude to customers,not customer oriented or showing gestures to help with ordering on the machine, everything literally stopped as she continued shouting and cursing, and that was not healthy for my son to be exposed to hearing profane language mostly in places we consider safe in the community and even wonder if it's a healthy working environment, well to me the place is very hostile,, am very disappointed!!!!.
