Bad service and food ever

I was there today on drive thru way I bought food and I waited 30 minutes for the food and when we ask the guy we paid he said they have shortage of staff, I got my food and the food was disgusting tasteless, I called the store and I spoke to the guy by the name of Lawrence(manager) telling him about the experience from his store and he told me to bring back the burger so that he can replace the patty, then I asked him for the contact details for the owner then he gave me the contact details for store manager Ronald who I explained to him about the service I received from his store, that store must be close down if they cannot give the customer the best service and food, if there is no one who can prepare food why they open this is not on,
