Bad service and food

Hi I bought a Chilli cheese burger from McDonalds at Fourways crossing ,first of all the lady who was taking orders by the drive through was very rude and had attitude.The burger I got was so dry I am very disappointed with this service it was a waste of time and money sometimes they even serve cold fries very disappointing.
