Bad service and dishonesty to the customers

Last week I went to kuruman mc Donald's to buy some takeaway's, I saw a small pamphlet saying that the shop now do some deliveries, I took it and went home with it. last week I googles the shops number and called them to make an order (home service delivery) I was shocked to be told that they are not doing deliveries, but I saw a pamphlet in the shop and 3- delivery scooters, I spotted one of the scooters making a delivery somewhere around town but they told me they don't do deliveries, I was s shocked of the dishonesty.
