bad service and dirty macdonalds

I went to macdonalds at diepkloof square zone1 and there was a giant ****roach on the floor .And also went to mac d at Pritchard street in jhb where the staff are very rude . I wanted to pay at the cashiers for a drink since i had cash and the supervisor insisted that i use the self service terminal that works with a card . the lady was rude and she was shouting at me .I will never spend a cent at such a restaurant . They have bad service and they are dirty too.
