Bad service and cold food

Hi sir /ma'am, I went and visited Mc Donald's protea Glen mall, this morning... I went to the drive thru.. Firstly we waited for a long time to get our orders, which is not the first time happening, when we ordered we were told to park on the side they will bring our orders, I waited for about 10 to 15 min to get my order and the fries were cold, when they delivered the food.... Am not pleased with the service, hence is not for the first time happening, I have been complaining about this, but I feel like they taking me for a ride....
