bad service and being shouted at

i went to mcdonald on the 11th may the at shoprite centre in centurion at around 00:30 and got the worst service ever and the lady went as far as shouting at me cause i complained as why were they taking to long to serve one customer who was in front of me were they took more than 15 minutes to process one payment
