Bad service and bad food

I am disappointed in the McDonald's at fauna park polokwane.

The service is pathetic, and the food is disgusting. I ordered a share bag. On the menu board it says that the share bag is R180. When I went to pay it was R203, they said you have to pay extra for the share bag but no where on the menu does it say you pay extra for sugar drinks like coke or cream soda.

When I received my food I was completely irritated with them. The big Mac burgers where so dry it wasn't even nice. I also received no sauces for my chicken nuggets even though the slip says that I have received 2 sauces. The chips were cold and I feel that I have completely wasted R203
