BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE BY MANAGER

We order food on Saturday and wend to do Shopping at Checkers. When we came back and ask for the food the lady took our slip and check on the board and said its not ready and gave me attitude. I than ask someone els to check and the food was at the back. I than ask to speak to the Manager and guess who was the Manager the lazy Lady that didnt even bother to check. I was so angry , This was at McDonald's springs mall. when's I got home there was no toy in and the happy meal had no cheese on. Why is it that the people at McDonald's think they doing us a favour. We are doing them a favour and that is our money. This is really nonsense.
