Bad service and attitude

I have never in my entire life had to deal with such a disgusting service from McDonald's.

On the 22nd Dec 2017 , at McDonald's in Randburg Malibongwe Dr at 23:15. I was very disrespected by an old woman called Thembi. She called me all the names and told me how much hungry I was and that she will not assist me coz she's not the one who is hungry. She told me she will not pick me up and her me to place an order and how much she will cancell the order coz I'm not worth it.

She called me all sorts of names in front of her manager (Given/David). The manager didn't even want to here my query, he just told me that there's nothing he can do right in front of all the staff. They didn't give me my order and I ended up leaving.

There people really don't know how to treat therir customers and I still can't believe. THIS IS SO DISUSTING.
