Bad service and accuracy

I ordered 3 Lrg Db Qtr Cheese and got 2 Db Qtr Cheese and 1 Qtr cheese . To my disappointment one of us got less. Is this the standard a international franchise operates. I paid for 3 lg Dg Qtr. Bad bad service.
