Bad service always macdonal

I am from eastern cape east london and its more then 3 times i have been visiting diffent macdonal stores and ask for choc dip ice cream and they always tell me that they dont have or machine not working. On top of that when i ask the caahiers name they tell me wrong names and when i ask for manager they tell a different name and different storey about no chox dip. Its not on guys i am it happy about this these guys need to be taught customers service is and its not good for businesses. Thanks
