Bad service after making wrong order

Ordered a spicy foldover meal yesterday at McDonald’s Vangate. When I get home I find out they made me a normal one instead of spicy. I go back and I get attended by Getrude who drags her feet to come to me with an attitude on top, not even apologising for the wrong order that I had to come back for not only wasting time but but money for petrol. I could’ve stayed at home and just laid a complaint but I went back because I just wanted to get the right order and leave only to get bad service and bad attitude with something I bought using my own money. Also I could’ve easily said I wanted my money back.
