Bad service

We visited McDonald's today Alberton by Lemon Tree we were blatantly told cannot buy their chicken patty on its own as it cost them money The cashier said my boss says no I advised no where it says you cannot Blatently advised I can complain to head office Disgusting service and not helpful at all They can be taught customer service Not really interested in busdiness Lazy and arrogant Not visiting there again
