BAD SERVICE

I went into the store to purchase from the app and I was told the app is not working this happened on Friday 24th February 2023.I wanted to redeem the free mcflurry offer and purchase my favourite meal chilli cheese burger meal. Then on Monday 27th February I wanted to redeem the Oreo shake and I was again told the app is not working the lady that assisted me told me she cannot enter in the code manually which I know it's not true because I have redeemed some things on the app at another store previously. I also went to the avonwód store on Friday 24th February and when I wanted to redeem the free Oreo it was off the app not even 2 hours after I got the notification. Then when I wanted to order my meal I was told they do not have any cooldr8nks available except water and Powerade(which I don't consume) they did however say they have millkshake so I have to pay r11 extra per meal as I wanted to purchase for my family of 4. I am so furious for the past few days because of this inconvenience. I can provide you with proof of how many times I frequent your stores atleast 2 times a week and that is a fact!! Please note this is a complaint for both Avonwood & Parow mall stores I mostly have issues at Parow mall
