Bad service about out of stock

A few weeks ago I bought a 6 pc nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce. After getting my order, on my way home I noticed the no sauce was given. I drove back and requested where the sauce, just to be told there is no S&S in stock. Why couldn’t I be told that at the drive thru window?

Tonight, at the same franchise, I ordered a Vanilla Coke McFizz, as I left and took a sip, it was not Vanilla flavour but more of a Hazelnut. So I went back, just to be told AGAIN that they don’t have stock of Vanilla. What if I was allergic to nuts? Why not have the decency AGAIN to tell me they out of stock???
