Bad service

We decided on Sunday we wanted Mc Donald’s at Columbine street in Johannesburg South. We waited 45 minutes for our Ofer with only 2 staff in the booth to assist customers!! When asked where the manager is she rep**** he’s not there on the weekend? How does the manager not come and assist the staff when he knows they are short handed? She wouldn’t give my husband her name either Very bad service but what do you expect from an American company I suppose!!
