Bad Service

What a RUDE cashier!!! I was at McDonald's Nelspruit Crossing drive through to buy breakfast and the cashier was so rude to us. Firstly she was not welcoming at all, she sounded like she didn't want to be there. As my husband and I were still going through the menu she insisted that we place an order. I then ordered and my husband ordered as well and he realized that he made a mistake even before the order was finalized and he apologized and politely asked to please change his order and answered in the same rude manner that "yes you said you wanted that and now you want this". My husband again apologised but she still sounded very irritated and eventually changed his order. For my cappuccino I asked her for white sugar only and she insisted on putting brown sugar on my order. I then asked her to please change it to white as I don't want to cause confusion at the collection window. She again very rudely cut me off and told me to relax, I will get the sugar in front. Lo and behold they gave me brown sugar as that's what was on my order slip, we now had to hold the queue because I asked them for white sugar. As if that was not enough, they gave me a dirty /used s**** for my cappuccino. Thank heavens I had wet wipes in my car wipe off the dirt from it otherwise I wouldn't have been able to drink my coffee. Not sure what cashier's name is because there were two of them at the payment window but the name on the slip was Lethule N and Carol processed our payment so it could have been either of them.
