Bad service

Bad service, I ordered inside the branch for my order for an hour and they told me they lost the receipt and forgot about me. All the other orders were attended to but mine. after and hour she just said sorry I lost your slip. Just like that then we where told they don't have R5 change we had to go ask for our own change.
